2025

Metatron Gold Mining was established with its mining operations located in Mati, Davao Oriental.

Goitia Mining is formed to become the umbrella company for all of the corporation's mining businesses.

The corporation is now known as JACCG Holdings, Inc., a diversified holdings company with principal business interests in and expanded reach into security, mining, skincare & lifestyle, construction, and transport.

2024

Skincare company The Real Perfection was launched, now known as The Real Company.

2021

⁠Madrina Gold Mining was established with its mining operations located in Trento, Agusan Del Sur

2015

Hanyuan International Holdings, Ltd. was established to become the umbrella company for rice trading and petroleum sales.

2006

Red Blade Trading Corporation was formed. It was involved in the export/import trading of rice.

2002

Dr. Jose Antonio and Catleya Cher Goitia, or JACCG, founded Omega Options, an agency supplying security personnel and protective agents to individuals and organisations, later renamed to First Omega Options Security Agency Corporation.

Ecosystem

JACCG Holdings, Inc. integrates five distinct verticals—construction, mining, transport, security, and skincare—into a cohesive, interconnected ecosystem.

Our Construction vertical, Victorious 8 Construction & Realty Development Corporation, drives demand for our Mining operations, Goitia Mining, by building new communities and work hubs. The raw materials from our mines are then transported by our Transport business, RyDE, with our Security company, Kampilan Security Services, ensuring operational efficiency and safety for both the mining and transport operations.

The profits and logistical expertise from these infrastructure-focused businesses are reinvested into Skincare, our consumer-facing brand, The Real Company. This allows us to capitalize on the growing purchasing power of the Filipino population, which is fueled by the economic progress our other ventures support.
